Every organ is precious. Even every cell of our body is precious. God had made us whole. That's why.

Other than the religious jargon, the first person is right, every organ is important, but I would have to say, technically speaking, the brain is the most important. You can replace a heart, a liver, a kidney, but NOT a brain.
