RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news feeds or podcasts.
( if you login to your yahoo email account you will be able to see a link which says 'All RSS Feeds')

What you want to do here is put in the website URL of the podcaster's website that you want.
The content provider posts the feed on a webserver. The location at which the feed is posted is expected to be permanent. This location is known as the feed URI (or, perhaps more often, feed URL). The content provider makes this feed URI known to the intended audience.

Hope this helps!

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication," and is a popular way for websites to syndicate their content. The Bible Gateway publishes content (such as the Verse of the Day) in an RSS feed. When you subscribe to an RSS feed, you can receive that content as soon as it's published, without the need to visit the Bible Gateway website. If you subscribe to our Verse of the Day RSS feed, for instance, the Verse of the Day will automatically be sent to you each day. Subscribing to an RSS feed is free.
