I feel stupid asking this question I used to know the word, but I'm studying several languages at the moment and I am in a different country... haha so forgive me for my ignorance :)

Well, exercise releases ENDORPHINS. Endorphins make you happy...that's all I know about that

i didnt know that there was a term for it i just called it the work out euphoria. : )

it is an endorphin rush...but also known in the US as "Runner's High"
