Neo = New
Conservative = Any of a number of overfed, bribe-taking, prescription-drug-price-fixing, fear-mongering, outright-lying, care-about-the-fetus-then-its-on-its-own-in-Iraq feeling, Threat-Threshold-raising and lowering, Paper-slipper at the airport for safety wearing, handing-Halliburton-Billions-for-rancid-food-for-our-troops bidding, Honest to God (but no one else) former human beings.

A neo-con is a word that liberals with very little independent thinking toss around to make themselves feel better, like a putdown but conservatives have come up with a equal putdown it is called a neo-lib.
