just pop up in my computer "anti virus date of internal virus data base incorrect" what can i do to fix these problem??

Check ur system's date ,it has probably changed to some old date

Even I had the same problem once, the problem probably lies with the clock at the extreme right bottom corner of your desktop. Check and ensure its running and if not change the battery inside your CPU.

It is very necessary for the clock to be running to synchronize with the time give to the Update manager by the official website. If this disturbed an error will be created.

Probably means its out of date, rather than "incorrect"... right click on the icon in the taskbar, and click on "check for updates".

Open up AVG and use the update option

Make sure that you have the latest version, which is 7.5. This is NOT going to be a paid version! That applies to the old one that they are phasing out.
