This is because when I write something to be search ,and then click the search, so many other topic non relevant comes out. I want to know if there is a particular way (a set-up?) so that what I wanted to search only will be the one to come out.

put the word in quotations

You need to learn to be more specific in your searches. For instance, if I search for "gates" then I get a lot of results. A search for "logic gates" would narrow that list down to one particular subset, as would as search for "farmyard gates" or "bill gates". If you only search for "gates" you will get results matching all these, and more!

Also, most search engines have either an "advanced search" function, or a powerful search syntax (or both in cases like Google). Learn how to use them - they will empower your searching endlessly.

Put the exact words in Double Quotes
eg. "NewYork"

Insert 2 or more keyword, that should work fine, even without quotes :)
