Relax, it's fine. Most breasts are at least a little uneven, and if you gain or lose weight it can be more noticeable. I never read anything to verify it as a fact, but they should even out as you get older, mine did, although they were very uneven when I was 18 even, they're fine now. Don't let it stress you out, it adds character.

You are describing what physician's called "congenital asymmetry" and it is not a "diagnosis" -- merely a commentary on the appearance of anatomy.

This condition typically becomes less of an issue over an indefinite period of time to varying degrees.

Now, this being said you pretty much have a few options, most of which should not be undertaken at this time due to your young age.

You either:

1. live with it -- nobody is perfectly symmetrical anyway.

or after you're fully grown (or become under the treatment and recommendation of a qualified physician) you may opt to:

2. enlarge the smaller side (augmentation mammoplasty).
3. reduce the larger side (reduction mammoplasty).

Congenital asymmetry is one of the numerous variations which fall within the category of being "within normal limits."

The word "normal" implies an extremely wide range of possibilities and you should not view yourself as abnormal by any stretch of the imagination.

Don't rush into any form of treatment (preferably until you are fully grown to eliminate growth variance) without qualified professional guidance from your physician.

Don't worry honey, it's perfectly normal. In fact you'd be odd if they were the same size. Most womens' breasts are slightly different sizes but they are the only ones that notice. They will probably even out a bit more as you get older.

no womans two breasts are "exactly" the same. It should even out. just give it some time. But, if it doesn't even out you can go one of two ways with plastic surgery. You can either have the large one reduced to the size of the small, or you can have the small enlarged to the size of the bigger one.
