For those of you who answered with "check for alcohol" answers, drink spiking is not necessarily with alcohol. The date rape drug, and a few other drugs are also used to "spike" a drink. If you need support for this matter, try your local church, they will be able to encourage and pray for you. If you don't feel comfortable in a church setting, try talking to your family about it, they might be able to recommend a counselor, or group you can attend. If you don't feel comfortable with talking to your family, try your doctor, or a nurse at a hospital, they will definitely be able to put you in touch with someone who can help.

Not sure. I've had my drink spiked twice now and it's not very pleasant. Maybe you should just speak with your friends / family about it if you need someone to talk to?

I suppose it depends on how the victim has been affected. Counselling is usually the best start for something like this.

Can people that are 'victims' of this not smell the alcohol in the drink? Make sure your drink is closed ---open it yourself.
