Well young lady, I can confirm that it is from an episode of Friends where Ross is weighing up the pros and cons of going out with Rachel - "She's really spoilt and has chubby ankles". I am the king of everything - but you knew that already.

I agree with those saying friends but im sure there's a film where they explain about cankles - where there is no distinction between calf and ankle.
Maybe in shallow hall??

It was that one with Jack Black and Gweneth Paltrow where she played a fate chick. His buddy claimed she had "cankles", where she had no ankles, but her calves went straight to her feet.
Cant recall the name of the movie.
