The thing about good, successful comics is that they are a mirror into which the reader can see the humor in his/her own life.
One that I haven't seen since I was a kid (in the 50's) and enjoyed a whole lot was "There ought to be a Law". Very humorous and to the point, at most a two panel. Perhaps a rewrite of this one would go over well again. Might even do away with some of the road rage we see. Help us all get a little perspective.
Best of Luck to you. See you in the papers.

I have a great idea for a comic! But I don't have any talent :) So if you use it u must keep intouch and send it to me :) .... a little bull called "jose" he is any 2 inches high and thinks he is tough! His key line would be "I am jose the moo and I will bull you!" lol so silly but I love it!
