If you have accidentally pulled it downwards - scroll down with your mouse until you see the black double arrow cursor to pull it back up. Or right click on Start and then right click Properties and you will find the Task Bar Menu - make sure the auto-hide task bar box is not checked.

Move ur mouse at bottom of the screen, i can hope if cursor transforms into top down arrow. Click the left mouse button then drag it to upper side. After getting its optimal size right click on taskbar and select "Lock the taskbar".

You will see a line of taskbar at bottom of screen, drag here the cursor. And make sure u hav'nt made it AutoHide. To remove autohide, right lick on taskbar>>And in menu deselect the option "autohide the taskbar somthing..."

You probably unlocked it or minimized it or something. Hover around that area, right click the taskbar and "Lock the Taskbar."

You may have it on "Auto-Hide". Check the taskbar properties in Control Panel.
