Of Course! The First Time May Have Been Good... But The Second Time You May Love The Person More.

We love different people, in different ways, as each person is individual.

So yes, in answer to your question, you can definitely love a 2nd wife more than a first, because the love is a different kind. For instance, if your 1st wife died, you do not want to replace her with the new wife, so you love her in a different way.

Also, second time around (or 3rd or 4th for that matter!) you hopefully have learnt by your previous mistakes, and don't make the same again.

I loved my x hubby so much I thought I could not breathe without him. Guess what! I can! And I now love a wonderful man very much, and have learnt where I made mistakes, and have grown wiser for it!

I don't know if you would love your second wife more but yes l guess you would learn by your mistakes and make sure that you did things differently second time around. You would also grow with more experience and hopefully find true happiness. Best of luck to you and gooday mate !!!

I hope so cos I am a second wife too. My husband tells me I am the love of his life which makes me feel good but I know he was mad about his first wife when he married her which makes me feel crap. If you think about it logically, do you look back on your exes and love one more than the one you are with now? Probably not. Then why should he? I keep on trying to get him to tell me he loves me more than hes ever loved anyone - just sometimes he admits it! Probably for a quiet life!!

Yes, but protection from situations in the first marriage (like being kicked out on the street with nothing has made it a necessity for me to have place to go in case it would happen again) are unfair to the second partner. (However, after 22 yrs of marriage, I am utilizing my place) Divorce is not inevitable, but likely.

i think by the second time around you realise what kind of person you are more compatible too, qualities you may have thought were what you liked b4 might not be as important anymore or vice versa, you might give yourself alot more time in getting to know them b4 making such a commitment, so when you do take the plunge you will be more sure and secure in your decision.

Completely true. Especially if that relationship ended badly and you found out that you really went that compatible with her to begin with. Even if it ended on a good note. It is still possible.

Yes, and the third one more than the second and so on. And you realise that they're like cars, trade 'em in when you need a better one!
