No. All post offices will be on MLK holiday, no mail delivery (unless it is the one 24 hour, 365 day distribution center like the one in Dallas.)

Denise - I have no clue what you are asking. If you mean 1/15/07 the post office in Midland will be closed.
Your question made no sense whatsoever. I understand that the water in Midland is contaminated by Dow Chemical so maybe that is effecting your ability to write.
