Q. How do you ensure that no one can listen in on traffic to our public web servers ?

A. Use Certificates.

Q. You have a Power Spike which affects multiple components of our network. They are the mail server, Web server the Program Managers desktop and your desktop. Prioritize the corrections you would make.

A. Depending on whether you offer products for sale off the Internet, if you do it would be Web server, Mail Server, PMs and yours, if not Mail then Web, the PMs and yours.

General comment-
Too many Sys Admins assume [incorrectly] that the PCs and other IT assets are theirs. A Department head or Manager can get into real trouble if they allow this to go on. A System Administrator should always be looking at the big picture and realize that the IT assets do not belong to the IT department. A good philosophy is to establish the client-user perspective. Tell your Admins and Maint. Personnel to treat the end-users as a Customer . If a customer has a complaint then listen and do your best to fix it.

if somebody which all ask in interview to tell ur weaknesses then u should tell the weakness that does not effect ur job for which u are interviewing because take an example if u say u are lazy than it will put bad impression on the person taking interview so don't tell this weaknesses it will increase ur chance of getting selected and if u get the job try to improve and make it ur strong point.
