Yes. I have seen Top Secret documents when on an Emergency Tour of Northern Ireland in the early 70's and also when stationed in West Berlin in the 70's. Cant tell you what the documents said though, its a secret!!

Yes, it's a film by the people behind Airplane, who later went on to make the Naked Gun movies.
Overall a good film with some great moments, although it's a bit patchy and some of the gags miss the mark.
