My girlfriend works 3rd shift and is at work by 11 pm. Sometimes she'll come and spend some time with me before she goes into work. We'll hug and kiss, hold each other, get little sexual sometimes, and talk some. But, when she comes over she'll over stay atleast 15 minute, like she'll come at 10:15 pm and leave at 10:30 and her work is only 2 minutes away from my house. It bothers me that she leaves that early. Should I worry?

I like to get to work a little early, have a last cup of coffee, relax in the break room, and prepare myself mentally for the events to come.

Night work can be especially difficult to get through without a little ritual of some kind.

You sound jealous, like you think she's spending 15 minutes a day cheating on you or something. Its okay to miss someone you only see for a short amount of time each day. Its not okay to become possessive and jealous--those behaviors will just drive her further away.

No, I wouldn't worry. I like to get to work early to get a few things done or started before my shift begins. She is probably doing the same. Why don't you ask her why she leaves early.

No, if you are worried hire a friend to act as a private investigator and follow her. You can't have a secure relationship without trust. You should trust her.

I wouldn't worry, I am the same way. If it gets even shorter then that, I would ask.
