But no, you didn't ask that!!! To answer your question: I have found biological washing liquid to be the best. Get a bowl of luke warm water and put some washing liquid in. Using a clean cloth, gently rub the stain - it should come out quite easily.
If not there are several brands available in the supermarket or your vet's, though tthey are often very expensive and don't work any better.
If the cat's stain smells, use "Simple Solution" Cat stain and odor remover. On sale at vets and Pet stores. Expensive but effective.

Use Vanish Stain Remover Oxi Action. It's in a pink spray bottle.
