He's not as cute as used to be in his N'Sync days, but he is decent looking and he's not a bad singer. His new music is pretty good and he has branched out into acting as well. But his career should have been over after that Janet Jackson fiasco but it's stronger than ever! I think he's pretty talented but I wouldn't faint at the sight of him. I don't flush over him and I'm a grown woman. Maybe these women have pleasant memories of his days as a boy bander/grouper.

I will never understand the appeal of Justin Timberlake. I don't find him interesting or attractive, and if I hear the song "My Love" one more time on the radio, I'm gonna rip my radio off the wall, take a hammer to it, and throw it down the stairs!!!!!

Definitely not N'Sync for me. As much as I want to hate him, I just can't help but swoon and his songs grow on me like crazy over a long period. It has probably been a decade since this has been mentioned but I think he just has that 'X-factor'! In the video for Sexy Back, when he is walking along and does that first stop and turn to the beat, oh my gosh, the first time I saw it, my heart was POUNDING. Okay, that's enough, I don't want to go on and make a total fool of myself!

I guess I'm with you on this one. Yes, he has a nice voice, but I don't understand the physical appeal myself. I can think of any number of other males in the music business that are MUCH more appealing.

I think it's his sex appeal along with him major self-confidence, He is hot because of his popularity take him away from Hollywood and he is just another average Joe.

I see nothing appealing whatsoever. He can't sing, he's not attractive, and he can't dress well either. Why all these beautiful women are dating him, I have no idea.

I love Justin. He can dance, can sing and can act.
He is not some popstar they have made overnight. He worked hard and has been doing this for a long time.
He is also really sexy, it's the whole boy next door thing.

Nothing!! I will say that I don't like him at all but one song and that is "My Love" and I think it is mostly for the beat in the background anyway.
