I do not understand your question? I say it is too slick and icy for a large repair truck to get to the sites where the power plant sends out the electricity. I know it is hard on life but sometimes we just expect to flip a switch and presto! No worries about where that came from. Man survived many years before electricity and to some less fortunate still do. So it may be cold but we will survive.
