It's a good thing you have thought of asking questions yourself. Not many employees know they have this right. Ok....the questions you should ask your prospective employer are divided into two categories:
- ask about the company (structure, policy etc) to show that you are really interested
- ask about your personal advantages / benefits (salary, vacations, health insurance) to show that you're interested but you also have your needs.

Good luck!

I love to ask this question.

What are some examples of how your company invests in its employees, so that they may achieve increased productivity?

I think a whole lot of an interview is always centered around what you can do for the firm, blah blah blah.......

I think its a curveball to flip this and ask them what they are willing to do to help you produce for them.

Youd be surprised how few companies have a good answer for that.

is there a defined "career ladder" within this organisation - shows that you plan to stick with the organisation long enough to move up, and shows you are dedicated to your own development

is there a high turnover within the organisation, why do staff generally leave - more a question for you, obviously something wrong with the organisation if there is a high turnover without good reason. still a pretty insightful question?
