No. Get it fixed or get a new one.
Waste of energy to run all the time -- fridges use a lot of electricity.

The constant running means it is working hard to keep the temperature at the set degree of chill. To help you may try these,
1. If the heat exchange coils are accessable,* many older units have these in the back of the unit, gently clean any dirt and dust buildups off of them. These buildups reduce the ability of the unit to transfer heat from the freezer to the air in the room.
2.Make sure the freezer unit is not overburdened with ice, if the ice is more then 1/4 inch thich the unit needs to be defrosted, excess ice prevents proper cooling of the freezer unit.
3.Make sure the door closes proper, and insulation seals the air in the unit from the air outside the unit when the door is shut.
4. If the unit is empty or near empty of groceries, this can also make the unit work overtime, you can allieve the problem with gallon jugs or water stored in the unit to replace a lack of food.
5. Complain to your landlord.

That could be just the "normal" sound this refrigerator makes - if it is a low level hum - but if the sound is a loud sound then no!@~

The interior fan runs constantly, and sometimes is loud enough to be heard humming, the main thing is, does it keep temperature? Is it normal? Yes!

No; it is actually quite abnormal. I have heard of this however...usually they are seen running down the street and are reported by 7th graders over the telephone. I have been tempted to join a marathon in the hopes of spying a refrigerator running. I hope this answer helps.

Sounds like the replacement is on its last legs, too. Check the areas you can get to and vacuum them as clean as you can; otherwise, there's not a lot you can do until THIS one croaks.

If it's just the fan running that's normal. If it's the compressor running constant maybe it just needs to get down to temp. maybe idk what im talkin about.
