Hidden Log Software?

Hello, pls let me know any software which creates hidden log of every key punching? actually I wanna track the log and wanna know that who uses my home pc and which kinda software and which kinda chat he / she do on my pc. but the person who is using pc would not know that his / her log is being recorded.

Just look in the temp files of the chat programme
