The pharmaceutical industry and medicare/medicaid are hot topics that are guaranteed to fill those pages with all the information available these days.
Healthcare spending & Maintenance would require some detailed research with the highs, lows, and averages over say the last decade. It could take on private, medicare/medicaid, and no insurance angles. Also the employers cost to provide affordable insurance to employees.
