Intelligence is:

* the ability to comprehend; to understand and profit from experience

*Intelligence is a general mental capability that involves the ability to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend ideas and language, and learn. In psychology, the study of intelligence is related to the study of personality but is not the same as creativity, personality, character, or wisdom.

So if "we" is the human race, then we are all intelligent

No... there are those who are too intelligent and those who are retarded and both types are nuts.

The rest of us are intelligent, yet majority of us are unwise as well. The few who are wise as well are the least powerful or influential.

No wonder then the way our world is!!
