goto to site dataone.in
1.click dataone account administration
2.enter ur username,password.
in this page u can view ur account usage.

Visit BSNL's Dataone homepage and enter Broadband section
Provide your account details for a monthly account statement alongwith the total bill amount

Just kidding, I don't use BSNL. Ask their customer care.
