Try drinking more water. Could be an infection or just dehydrated. Water will help in either case! The cloudy part sounds like an infection of some kind though!

Do you have burning when urinating? Pain in the lower part of your abdomen? Do you pass frequent, small amounts of urine? Do you sometimes feel that you still need to void after you just went?
You might have cystitis. To be sure, you can get a urinalysis.
Urinary tract infections are very common in women because our urethra is short and other reasons (trauma during sex etc)
Did you have another UTI not long ago?
You might need antibiotics. Ciprofloxacin or Bactrim (if you are not allergic to sulfas) usually do the job.
Don't worry. Go and see your doctor. Most likely your problem is totally benign and easy to solve.

Drink lots of water, but this is a go see a doctor sort of thing. If is painful to urinate or if you itchy or there is swelling or redness, it is important to get a correct diagnoses.
No matter what you most likely need to increase your water intake. Which optimally should be your body weight divided in half (ounces) that is a person weighs 115 lbs. half that is 57, so that person needs to consume at least 57 ounces of water per day. There is a lot of disagreement about if it has to be water or can it be coffee and stuff.. but the people I see sticking to water are overall healthier.

See your doctor as urine shouldn't be like that. Get him/her to test for diabetes also just to be sure. Keep off the tea, coffee and alcohol for a while and drink bottled water as tap water contains chlorine (small amounts) which Isn't too good in the long term.

If you have pain and frequency of urination and it doesn't clear up with the suggested remedies, I suggest you contact your physician. Bladder infections can turn into kidney infections, and that is not a good thing.

Ditto drinking as much water as you can stand to flush it out. No sex is a good idea, too.
