tell him you don't like him straight to his face, and if he asks why don't be afraid to tell him your reasons (after all you don't like him, right?) if he still keeps pestering you when you're alone, either tell him to bug off or always stay with your friends, do what ever you think is appropriate just so he gets the hint. i was kidding about the telling him to bug off thing, but if you are considering that do it in a calm way, if you are angry don't show too much anger, like don't scream at his face and get unwanted attention

THE BEST WAY TO TELL A PERSON U R NOT INTERESTED IN HIM/HER WIDOUT HURTING HIM/HER:
keep tagging him as ur frnd..........
like :
"oh u r such a nice frnd..........." "we will always be frnds....." and so on.....infact u can even pretend to share ur feeling wid dat person abt sum1 else by saying "since we r frnds i want to tell u i like this guy / girl from so n so place..........."
there u go its all done and all unhurt........
its proven to be a gud formula......

step 1 is to ignore. If he continues to annoy me, i'll tell him nicely. If he doesn't listen to me, i'll be frank to him. If he still doesn't give up, I will avoid him. If he still finds ways to talk to me and tell me how he feels, I argue with every single thing he says and finds the tinee tiniest thing to fight over. And believe me. I am already at the last step.

Make it clear to the person that you dont want more than a friendship! it can hurt peoples feelings - but sometimes you have to!

yes it happens wen someone likes u but u dont.
its not necessary that u should also like him.
But its also not necessary that u sould ignore him..... u should atleast have a kind heart and can talk with him can explain be frends.......
