just watched another eposide of c o p s and still cant understand why when the cops pull a car over for speeding or driving with no lights, inside the car are drugs or a gun or they have no licence or are already wanted so why oh why do the draw attention to themselves

This is just a guess but maybe they only show those type of pull-overs to juice up the show. It is possible that they edit the boring pull-overs out so that the viewer would be more entertained. It's a crazy scheme I know but it seems to work.
