Hopefully you've copywritten your music. If not, you should do it so no one else can claim to have written your material. DO NOT use what is called "the poor man's copyright" by mailing a copy of it to yourself. This is not recognized legally anywhere.

To copyright your work, go to the Library of Congress website where you can download a copy of form PA, fill it out and you'll have to send them a check or money order to cover the administrative fee, currently $45.00.

You can either copyright your songs individually, in which case you'll have to pay the full fee for each one, or copyright the entire album as one work and pay the fee once. You send in your payment, the form and a copy of your work on CD or tape and they send you your copyright a few months later (there's huge backlog of artists copyrighting their work so it takes a while).

After that, you can upload your music to iTunes or eMusic and make it available at no charge, or create your own website and make it available, though I think you'll get more exposure on a well known site. For iTunes, you can use iTunes Music Producer software which is available on their website. I'm not sure how it works on eMusic.

Another website you can upload free music to is archive.org. I'm not sure how popular the site is, but it's known for free downloads. Their software is specialized though so you'll have to read the instructions thoroughly. A number of live shows I did are available there that were uploaded by audience members as we allowed audience members to record our shows if they wanted to.

Unfortunately, these type of questions are subjective and dependent on a person's opinions. The S4 will be out soon and will have better specs and features than the S3. The S4 will be the newest phone out by Samsung, and will have hardware that will be geared towards monitoring your health and well being (through accessories like a heart rate monitor). Temperature and humidity sensors as well. If these aren't really important to you, then S3 should be fine. Unique to Samsung is the split window view as well where you can have specific apps showing side by side simultaneously. Like email and browser. And there are new apps being added to support this Samsung feature. I have no experinece with any iPhone (I am a minority who never ever wants to own or use an Apple product; it's not for me). Therefore, I cannot comment further except that it is also a good product for some looking to have something work without the need to figure things out. The issue here is more of what you expect and want to do with the phone. Have you used iPhones of past generations? Is there something about it that made you want to consider Android? Are you happy with iOS and its offerings? If jumping to Android, are you willing to take the time to learn and customize the phone? Willing to troubleshoot problems that may arise? Answering these types of questions will help in deciding which phone to get. There are no right or wrong answers. Just informed choices. The more you sit down and think about it the more informed you will be in selecting the phone that best suits your needs. It is a learning experience. I wish you the best of luck in your decision. In whatever phone you choose in the end, I hope it will suit your needs.
