Yeah sure but it requires a certain kind of national character that we all lack. Ask ur self how many times on the road u have closed an overflowing public municipal tap thinking that a precious national resource is being wasted or how many times have u removed a big stone lying in the centre of a road thinking that it might cause an accident and someone may lose life. Lets build a character where we also think about the nation. Then why would it even be 2011, it may well be 2010.

Becoming Developed is not that eeasy.You have to put your all efforts to make it developed.
If you are ready to work that had it can be 9 even why 11.But as this process is going slowly it is 2020.I believe A.P.J. Kalam and our iNdians yes India will be a developed one by 2020

India will be achieved the task of development upto 60 to 70% if the following action may be stickly taken out by the Government:-
(i) Family planning programme should be increased at highest level.
(ii) To improve the education standard and awareness in public.
(iii) To provide employment.
(iv) To improve economy growth

I dont think so.... coz there are juz 13 years left.. it was said long back and there are no developments since it was said by Dr.Abdul kalam... and what makes u think there are going to be sudden changes in these upcoming years??but i honestly wish that his words should come true...
