I would like to tone up on my thighs, butt, stomach and arms, any suggestions? I don't want to do any weights, any suggestions on common exercises? like running, etc...

Buy a Bullworker. It's great for toning up muscles.

To tone up you HAVE to do resistance exercises, look it up on the internet! Get a dvd and which is only for toning up and work out to it every other day! and you will tone up in no time.

I'm very reasonable/faded too. One man or woman stated i had ginger epidermis, and an extra known as me superb caucasian lol! It does not support that it is virtually unattainable for me to tab both. I can take a seat within the solar with tanning oil for hours, best get particularly burned, after which one the burn fades I return to being tremendously faded. I actually glow on a sizzling, sunny, summer season day in view that my epidermis is so gentle whilst the solar rays hit me hahaha

try dancing,swimming.go to local fitness centre and check classes they do bums n tums
