If she is gaining weight properly, and is not getting more than 4 oz of pure juice, then don't worry. There are a lot of empty calories in juice that can make her too fat, but if she isn't getting too much, don't worry. Maybe a soy milk, warmed, might help, or even a chocolate or strawberry soy milk might entice her. My 8 month old would eat yogurt all day long if I let her, that has the milk in it...and try something a little more nutritious than the rice cakes. Ask your doctor when in doubt. Good luck!

Sounds to me she has a pretty balanced diet, but if you are concerned, have your pediatrician write a vitamin prescription. As a mother of four, I can tell you that you are lucky she will eat such a variety. Keep introducing new foods and try replacing the rice cakes with something a little more nutritious....maybe whole wheat crackers with cheese spread, my baby loves those and can eat it without choking. Cheerios are good if the baby likes a little "crunch." You can also sit cheerios in milk for a few minutes so they absorb the milk and then feed those to her if you want to add a bit of milk. Congrats....sounds like you are doing just fine.

i'm thinking her diet sounds wonderful!! if only my 2 could eat that well and varied!!
don't forget that milk servings can be replaced by the equivalent in other dairy products. ie, yoghurt, cheese etc.
when my son wouldnt drink milk, i started with small amounts (15 mls) in a cup, and increased it by 5 mls each day. before i knew it, he was happily drinking full cups each day.
i think you're doing very well with your baby's diet!

It sounds ok to me, perhaps skip the juice and give milk or formula instead if you are really worried.

looks standard to me. My daughter began strolling at 10 months and replaced into retaining herself up by technique of retaining on to the settee round 7 and eight months previous. by technique of the age of about 6 or 7 months children will commence to imitate pastime round them, they are stop the observants and could p.c.. up on much better than human beings imagine. So at the same time as she waves at human beings and say hi and starts dancing to song she is in effortless words doing what you taught her. And it appears like she is gaining knowledge of plenty. you should have a image e book or flash playing cards to exhibit her (like a image of a ball and tell her what it truly is) earlier you recognize it she will be able to work out this stuff and factor them out and examine out to assert what they are. She is at the kind of relaxing age!
