She feels that we (fresh graduate & young new hired) have luck & opportunities better then what she got when she started. also she feels that we don't deserve all that interest we get from the management. & since I’m the only young employee working with her (for 4 years now) you can imagine how is my life.
ah also she have a rude personality & she can't control her anger & she always think that she's the best & she's never wrong.
I thought in the beginning that it's all about me & there is something wrong with me but after a while I found that I’m not the only one think that but most of my colleagues(if not all) hate her. can't talk to HR coz the HR Manager is her friend. also her boss is her friend too. She knows how to deal with the high position people in the company.
Tried to leave the job but can’t find a better offer all are less then what I have now. & i'm afraid to find another boss like her but this time with a lower salary

The MAN,
First I’m not a whiner, u don't know me so u can’t judge.
also as I said I’m not the only one who say that about her.
also I’m not overpaid, I may be overpaid comparing to her salary when she was in my age (20 years ago), can't compare my salary to her current ( which is huge).
Comparing to my colleagues, I’m less then normal, she stopped a lot of my bonus & salary rising.
but it's true that comparing to other companies, we do have high salaries here , but this is coz I work to a good established multinational IT co.
& this is not my fault that I start in a well recognized company, high salaries & attractive benefits, which i dont want to leave.
but All I want to say that she turned my life into hell, I feel suck when I wake up every morning know that I will see her.
I braked with my girlfriend coz I couldn’t separate b/w work & social life & always in a bad mood.
also can't move to other dept. unless change my discipline.

Your complaint is the boss tells you how good you have it.
You try and find another job, but can't because everyone else pays less.
Your boss is right, you're overpaid for some reason (probably because management likes you for some reason, I'm sure they wouldn't like you as much if they knew you were looking for other jobs)
So grow up, and get used to it. This is life. You're overpaid, someone brings it to your attention and you blame that person?
I think shes treating you like a baby because you act like one. I don't even know you and I can already tell you're a whiner.

Well, it sounds like your boss hasn't done anything illegal. No sexual, racial, gender, or age-based harassment that you can point to.
As a result, your options are either:
1) Grin & bear it.
2) Quit.
I would recommend against confronting your management about the issue unless unless they have done some sort of illegal discriminiation (from which you are protected from reporting by whistleblowing laws), or are prepared to be fired. There is a chance going to upper management may work, but it is more likely that it will make your life even more miserable or get you fired.
Alternatively, if you think she is stupid, you could try to PROD her into something illegal. For example, if you know she hates

Most inferior bosses suffer from jealous and all what you had described, I wish you were working in an orgnization where you could ask for a departmental transfer, it is frustrating to be close to that kind of boss. If you cannot ask for the transfer, then you dont have to give up your job, just be yourself, do what you are expected in your job. Ignore her presence completely, you're not working for her but the organization, increase your input so she wont quote you as lazy, your relation should be strickly business. GOOD LUCK

Looks like we're having the same problem. Well i gues you just can't please everybody. Bosses are still person. Just like your neighbor, classmate, workmate, junkie, stranger. They just get you paid. Just do the best of your work (make it noticeable) and if he/she still treat you like the he/she did. It's not your prob anymore.
