With confidence. Be calm & composed. Breathe deeply. Concentrate on what questions are being asked so u can answer with clarity.
Look at the face of the gentleman asking the question while answereing.
If u don't know the answer, don't stubmle, just say so frankly. After all u r not expected to know Everything.
But take time to prepare at least something on the subject and brush your GK also.

Go through some sites, suggested here, and prepare your self gradually over a period. Nikki has given many good tips. You are very seriously given one more tip, "be firm, polite, and true in all your discussions, with every one you converse / interact".
