I assumed you are talking about downloadable games. Then you can overcome this by deleting the file and re-trying again. There is a possible corruption of the file during the download.

If you are talking about online games. Then the server may be busy or you may not have all the resources to open the browser.

I have noted this myself that some games will not run. So I ensured other programs (like virus protection - I set to snooze only for about 5 mins to confirm if this is a behaviour problem) are set correctly.

If the problem persist, send a detail report to the technical service, they were quick to help me because of the amount of information about the following.

When did the problem occur, what my computer system was doing at the time, what else was running, and a computer snapshot of the screen so I can show them.

To help you create a computer snapshot of your screen. Select CTRL key and Print screen button. Then open up Paintbrush and select paste under the Edit menu, this will copy from the clipboard the image. I strongly suggest you save as a small .JPG file to allow email system to pass through without hiccups.

Good luck
