No, there is no evidence, because it never happened.
By the way I have several nieces and nephews with ginger hair and I'll tell you, if my one niece could get ahold of you, she would whip your butt for that snide remark, he used to have long deep auburn hair down past her butt and it was thick enough to make wigs for three other people, and it was wavy.
