open BMP file in paint (its come with windows) and click save as.
and then select in formate JPG and save file

Its just need any photo editing/ processing software like Photoshop, paintshop or even paintbrush of windows.
Just open the Bitmap picture with extension .bmp and go to File-Save As. and change the extension to .jpg and save it.
Thats it u get the .jpg file.

Open the image file in paint or in other image editors. Then save it as jpg by changing its file extension.

BMP: The Bitmap file format is used for bitmap graphics on the Windows platform only. Unlike other file formats the BMP format stores image data from bottom to top and pixels in blue/green/red order. Compression of BMP files is not supported, so they are usually very large.

open the file and when you "save as", under the file name is a file type, where you can change it in most programs.

i use corel photo to change them, use the save as under file
