can somebody tell me how to use CAPO?

what i mean is, like if it is in the FAMILY of B chord, then i think i should use the capo but on what fret am i going to put it...and please apply it also on other hard chords like F. and others!!! thanks!

Can you play barre chords? IF son just put the capo where your index finger would form the barre. That's about as simple as I can make it. Then you can use the normal E,A D,G and other forms to play in the different keys.
