I used to suffer from horrible heart burn every day. My doctor suggested Isagenix www.thedetoxlife.com. After taking this product for 9 days I am totally cured of my heart burn. I think it had a lot to do with detoxing my body. I'm so thankful for this product. I was on 2 different prescription for heart burn that I no longer take. It's been over 4 months now and I haven't had heart burn since then. Good luck.

Try Digestive Enzymes!

They worked really well for me. Check out Gastric Ease from WellZymes - I'll put a link underneath.

Good Luck.

I had the same problem for a long time. Tried all sorts of stuff. Then I discovered bottled mineral water, the fizzy variety. Found Badoit worked best. It may work for you. Anything to get rid of that pain I guess.

Good luck

Eat less carbs. Carbs ferment and cause heartburn and acid reflux. Try eating only protein for a few days and see if this helps. It worked for me.
