Why it is important to give other people the opportunity to contribute their ideas and opinions and show that you have taken account of these

Two heads they said is always better than one and no matter how stupid an opinion may sound there is a possibibilty of traces of knowledge in it .
There is SENSE in every nonSENSE.

It is important as everybodys ideas count and even if you dont agree with them everybodys opinion matters. It is good to listen to other peoples contributions as its a way of learning yourself. Its only by listening to other people and researching subjects that you broaden your knowledge and gain a new perspective on things. Other people may open your mind to a new way of thinking and lets you see thing from another point of view. It is important to take note of opinions and contributions as it gives people a sense of worth knowing they are being listened to and acknowledged. Well, this is only my opinion I wonder if you took note????

there are a lot of people in society today who feel they have no self worth and no voice by listening to these people and given them some time would go along way to preventing suicide and other problems in society not giving other people a Chance leads to animosity, aggression,loneliness etc.etc so think before you ignore someone what effects this may have on them and don't feel that you must be right all the time.(you must look at the bigger picture)

Aside from common courtesy, it's possible another person might have a different, more creative approach to a problem you hadn't thought of. Try it.

Shows you are a better person for letting them.
Allows them to develop.
Inceases their confidence.
Encourages a communicative culture.
