We are naming her "Encarnación", after my bf's (Spanish) mum, who died last year.
I'd like a second name which means "Luck", "Hope" or "Miracle" - in any other language other than English or Spanish. I'm having a very complicated high risk pregnancy and I'd like to give her a second name with a meaning like one of these... Because she'll be so special when she does arrive, I feel she deserves it!
Does anyone know of any names like this??

In Greek Miracle is Seneion, I like this word.
Hope is Elpis
Luck is Eutykhia

Ouch... It is great idea, but I am not sure how much I can help you.
Nada would be Hope in my language, but it has wrong meaning in Spanish.
Radost is happiness.
Also, I would go with Anastasia, it means resurection in Greek and sometimes people go with it here, after cases similar with your one.
But you can also go with ZOE, it means life in Greek.

good luck to you and her ...you should consider a more traditonal middle name for her since first name is so unusual then she can make a choice later in life if she prefers one to the other i have a friend she was in same situation it seems as you and she named her little boy amazin we call him maze for short
