You just need to go your control panel... Select Regional and Language Option.. then in the window pop out.. select Advanced at above.. then in the below there select english .. that all.. hope can help up..

First go into the control panel and select the languages icon and change it to English. If that doesn't do it you may also have to go into the Date & Time properties and change the time zone to the one for England. This is espcially true if you have French software since when the French think of English they think of England not the US. Good Luck

try out some dictionaries or try some bks which are easy say apprenons le francais its quiet helpful
