But the same can be said for any sport, many people watch/follow football with a passion but not cricket. All sports have a following, people enjoy their chosen sport for whatever reason. I for one think football is over-rated, the players over paid and never watch it. We are all different and enjoy different things, thankfully, if not it would be a boring old world

If you are a fan you don't find it boring! It's as simple as that. I'm a fan and find football, tennis and lots of other sports boring. Each to their own - if you don't like it, don't watch it - it's not on TV ALL THE TIME like football appears to be!
