Cafe del Mundo. Where the World Comes Together. I've traveled a lot and found the cafe becomes a big part of your life when you are a traveler. Sometimes its just a to-go cup to get you going in the morning but often it would be a place to hang out and people watch rather than sitting in a cheap bare hotel room. Plus they were a great place to meet other foreigners as well as the locals.
Sticking with the Worldly name, you could offer various coffees from around the world and play cool international flavoured music.
I'd go to a place like that.

Call it the Cool Cafe and show a guy wearing sunglasses and a cool pose as your logo.

Other ideas, some corny but cute, and different. Some are weird but may get you thinking. Brainstorming often helps.:

Have a Cup

The Coffee Cabin ... You can have a brick fireplace, whether you use it or not, it's great atmosphere. Make it look like a country lodge.

Sip a Spell (Play on "Sit a Spell", meaning to relax -- okay, not great, but think along those lines.)

Just write every word that reminds you of coffee or of relaxing, put them on little pieces of paper, and draw some out of a hat to see what combinations come out. Don't just look at them. Have friends with you, and take turns shouting them out. That may give you ideas that you like, even if they don't all come out together from that hat.
