No, it is not a good thing! It is a very scary thing, but it would not be wise to roll over and play dead! Know edge is our only defense!

Rome was an imperialistic superpower in its day. The US is the imperialistic power of today. There are many similarities in the rise and fall of both Empires. If really interested read "The decline and fall of the Roman Empire" by Gibbons. A bit lengthy but you'll learn something.

Rome was a superpower once. It will rise again, probably in Europe. It talks about it in the Bible.

No it is not good thing!...Rome fell to it's conspirators..they are comparing Bush to the many Caesars, and referring to OUR government. I think it is a scary refernce!
