how can u report an attorney....he will not call me and seems to never be there

Fire them. When it has come to this point, you are not receiving adequate counsel, and you have grounds for termination. Not only that but you can contact the Bar Association in your area and make a complaint. If your attorney is court appointed contact the court and request to the judge that you be appointed new counsel for the reason you stated. You can still make a complaint to the Bar, even if your attorney is appointed.
