take honey with lemon in luke warm water first thing in the morning, sleep early and get up early to make your skin glow
walking is very good exercise, take green leafy vegetable, fruits
avoid tea , coffee and cold drinks, breads, junk and oily food
If you follow above instructions and maintain it you will definately find the difference..best of luck

you can become fairer by applying gharelu nuskhe like doodh and besan past, by meditation or by walking daily for 2,3 miles you can become thin.
