See Ya... It's informal. It's short for "See you," and it could mean "See you later" or "See you soon" or "See you around," or any variant of those. It is used to end conversations or meetings, much like the word "goodbye."

God bless.

See Ya, could mean a few things but mostly people use that when ending a conversion like see you around.

It is short for "I shall see you later, kind sir". Coz in these hectic crazy topsy turvey days, who has any time for the "kind sir" anymore? Such a sorry state of affairs. Oh well, can't stop, see ya!
