There is so much diversity in america that you probably won't even stand out. Where are you planning on going and how long will you stay?

In my town, the majority is actually the minority. The second most spoken home language (other than english) is Korean. It's a pretty small town (as in less than 70,000 people) but there are over 55 home languages. Just amongst my friends, we speak 8 (Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, Spanish, German, Gaelic, Russian, and French) of them, and most understand at least some of each. People honestly don't notice your nationality unless you make a point of flaunting it, which isn't always a bad thing. In most places, no matter where you're from, you can find someone from the same place not too far away. It's not a melting pot, it's a confetti bowl!

If your question is referring to moving here, then I say it depends on where you move to. It is that if you move to rural areas then you will suffer the consequences of prejudice. Sometimes deadly. However if you move to an area that is more diversified, then you will be treated as you treat others. You know, smile at others, they smile back. However, no matter where you live in America, if you talk foreign, and you can speak English and you choose to speak foreign to another in front of us, we get offended, I mean seriously offended.
