i dont have any friends that i chat with alot neither hang out or go out alot which makes my lilfe completly dull and unintresting. i think alot about this girl..well thats preety much all i think about. But when i talk to her i cant seem to think about anything to talk about and it goes silent which is very awkward. i want to talk to her alot but i just dont know how because my mind is like blank.

You have to have the 'friends' to be talkative... First, practice 'talking' in um let's say a 'boastful', (I don't mean boatful, perhaps, just verbose). and you have to be able to laugh at yourself too. Go with the flow even if you might find the topic shallow or boring. Just go with it.
That's how I overcame my shyness... I was like a quiet sheep in my class back then. Think that it's okay to be embarassed and be able to err. After all, to err is human.....

Talking too much is my problem! lol, i cant shut my mouth, Sometimes i wish I was quiet- well thats just me.
I dont really know the answer to your question, im sure its because you are a little bit shy. Maybe as you get a little older you will become more confident, find people who are interested in the same stuff as you- then you can talk about things wilth no probs.

easy fix, ask her about herself. Ask her anything. Ask her favorite color, or what she wanted to be when she was kid. It never hurts. If you ask her something random, (unless it's creepy) she'll probably find it "cute" and funny. If you ask her something that she cares about, she'll know that you're taking interest in her. She'll probably start asking you questions too. But no matter what, listen to her answers. If something sounds interesting, go from there. Trust me, it works.

when you over hear a conversation going on with a group dont be scared to bud in, if you know what their talking about- dont disagree with them or they'll feel offended and not talk to you-- if you know what their talking about be assertive and let them know what you mean directly without any threats or condescending actions

ask her about her favourite things, favourite tv show, book, sport, colour... ask about her past and show her ur interest in her... talk about the things u have in common as well
